I’m going to take you back to March 2007. I was in PNG at that time wondering whether or not I should stay. One aspect of wanting to be in the Netherlands was for the fact that Nijmegen has one of the best bars in the world; Café Jos.

The bar hasn’t got international allure…yet. Today Café Jos was voted number one in the Netherlands.
