Lamb stew

Merijn taught me the secret of tender lamb meat. Before you use it in a stew you first fry it in butter and you add water. The mistake people make is to use cold water. Apparently this toughens up the meat.

    Im handing in all my stuff tomorrow and then hopefully a positive verdict…then you can use me and you get -yes- 5 point extra for having family in NZ… You still need 135…

    but then again, you are sorted by being a physio. No problem mister…
